1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and [legal entity name] trading as AMZAMP.

2. Services

We provide Amazon account management (advertising, inventory reporting, customer service and account monitoring) for a monthly fee, and listing and creative projects for a fixed project price. The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts.

3. Fees and payment

Management fees are billed monthly in advance by direct debit or card, based on your monthly Amazon sales band. Project fees are invoiced as quoted. You are responsible for your own Amazon fees and advertising spend.

4. No minimum term

There is no minimum contract. You may cancel management at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. [Confirm]

5. Account access

You grant us user access to Seller Central with the permissions needed. You remain the owner of your account, listings and data, and may remove our access at any time.

6. Creative work

On full payment, you own the final listing copy, images and A+ content we create for you. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Amazon’s marketplace, policies and algorithms are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising results. We are not liable for losses caused by Amazon policy or algorithm changes, account suspensions not caused by our negligence, stock or supplier issues, or decisions you make.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and account data confidential and use it only to deliver our services.
